- Authentication credentials — email/password or via Google/Apple (Firebase OAuth)

- Workout history — exercises, sets, reps, and timestamps
- Training preferences, selected goals, and routines
- Custom workouts and interactions with app features

- Device model, operating system, and app version
- IP address and unique device identifiers
- Usage statistics collected via Firebase Analytics
Purchase and Subscription Data
- Subscription type and purchase source (Apple, Google, or Stripe)
- Purchase history — no payment card data is stored by us; all payment processing is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Create and manage your account
- Personalise your fitness experience and track your progress
- Provide access to workout history and preferences
- Analyse aggregated app usage to improve features
- Process and validate purchases and subscriptions

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is shared only with:
- Service providers — Firebase (authentication, analytics, storage) and Stripe (website subscriptions)
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse
Your personal data is never shared with gyms, trainers, or third-party influencers.
4. Marketing Communications
If you have opted in, you may receive marketing emails about updates, tips, and promotions. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send automated push notifications related to your workout activity.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
When you delete your account, your personal data — including your name, email address, and workout history — is immediately deleted. Non-identifiable, aggregated analytics data may be retained internally.

We use industry-standard protections including:
- Encrypted HTTPS data transmission
- Firebase OAuth and secure email/password authentication

7. Children's Privacy
Onyx Coach is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
If you are accessing the Service from outside the EU, please be aware that your data is processed and stored within the EU, where our infrastructure and service providers are located.
