Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on the Onyx Coach website (onyxcoach.com), operated by Coachito LLC. It does not cover the mobile app, which uses device-level identifiers governed by our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time, and help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
Cookies We Use
We use a small number of cookies, only what is necessary to run the site and understand how it performs.
| Cookie / Service | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Strictly necessary | Maintains your session while browsing. Required for the site to function. | Session (deleted on close) |
| Firebase Authentication | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in to your account on the web. Set by Google Firebase. | Up to 1 year |
| Firebase Analytics (_ga, _gid) | Analytics | Measures page visits, traffic sources, and how users navigate the site. Data is aggregated and anonymous. | Up to 2 years |
| Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) | Analytics | Captures anonymised heatmaps and session replays so we can see how visitors interact with our pages and fix usability issues. Sensitive form inputs are masked by default. | Up to 1 year |
| Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) | Marketing | Measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to sign-ups and completed quizzes, so we can attribute campaigns. Set by Meta. | Up to 3 months |
| Stripe | Functional | Used during checkout to prevent fraud and ensure secure payment processing. Set only when you initiate a purchase. | Up to 1 year |
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the website to work. Without them, services like account login and checkout cannot function. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use our website, which pages are visited, how long people spend on them, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Behavioural Analytics: Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) to record anonymised heatmaps and session replays so we can understand how visitors interact with our pages and identify usability issues. Clarity masks sensitive form inputs by default and does not use the data to identify you personally.
You can read more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Marketing Cookies: Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) on the website to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When you complete a quiz or sign up, the pixel and our server report that event to Meta together with the _fbp and _fbc identifiers, so Meta can attribute it to the ad you clicked. Meta may combine this with your Meta account under its own privacy policy.
You can adjust your ad settings in your Meta account and read more in the Meta Privacy Policy.
Payment Cookies
If you purchase a subscription on our website, Stripe sets cookies to detect fraud and ensure the security of your transaction. These are only set when you visit a checkout page and are required for secure payment processing.
Third-Party Services
The third-party services we use, Google (Firebase), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta and Stripe, may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies:

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block all cookies from specific sites
